I didn't really work on goals. However, I guess i did attend Silver Sneakers once last week, so I'll say I made a partial goal.

Hey Mamabug, both KoKo and I checked in....?

Anyhow, the past week was spent recovering from a fall. My own fault. MS reminds me daily yet often, even after years of progress, I forget... and move before my leg does....

Result, aside from the "egg" on my noggin, was distinct vertigo upon rising for 3-4 mornings, fading to almost zero lately.

Also, increased spasticity on entire right side. Can feel the muscles "rolling" over my hip bones, pulling me down, collapsing on right side can happen. Stretching now means S L O W, caution with all movement (which it should be regardless).

Walking remains hard still, limited too.

Lastly, my digestive system (cramps / gas / tightness?) was or is still slightly off?

So lots of things to ponder. Meds for spasticity? A scooter or pWC? Both? Exercise / diet adjustments? Certainly some soul searching.

I can claim a partial week since I did maintain the 25 minutes daily stretching exercise. I expect similar this week but would like to surprise everyone reading with a comeback!

Let's keep at it! Even when "it" appears a bit hazy.

        Hello everyone

Mamabug good for you on achieving a partial goal. It's something, and better than nothing.

Jer hope you have a speedy recovery from the 'four letter word', that rhymes with hall. I'm not fond of that word!

Hope the vertigo has totally disappeared, and also hope that the right side spasticity is easing up.

I can empathize with your walking difficulty. I need total focus for almost every step that I take too. And don't talk to me while walking!

Good luck with sorting out any changes that you may decide to make, Jer. It ain't easy! Deciding what to do is more difficult than the actual changes.

~~ I made partial goal as well. I was stingy with my arm and leg exercises, but did ok with everything else.

Trying for a better outcome this week.

Daily: Up on feet and light activity (walk/stand) 6X per day @ 20 - 30 min each+ Stretches throughout the day + Breathing exercises

4X Per Week: In-chair ab crunches (20 each time) + Arm, Leg, Core, and Back Exercises

May we be calm, patient, strong, and of good courage.
