Well, I guess that my only goal was to have a good time, so I did. I didn't check my steps, but I may have done okay about that. No strength training or anything else though.

Again Mamabug, glad all is back to normal. Hoping Canada was kinder with the temperatures than central US...?

I'm going to label the week as "making goals". Didn't really do as well as in weeks past but did push it to the limits. Probably tended foolish, but you'll not know unless you try.

Legs again in question (poor right to be exact). Eased off a little like last week but was right up against it going into Friday session. So... skipped pool, but did test leg with lower body equiptment. Paid a price but recovered overnight?! Honest! Zzzz's!

      Actually a very good night ( w I t h I b u p r o f e n ) and no real problem as I type today.

So again, gratitude for what is still possible.

If all remains status quo maybe the heat will break in time for a better week to come?!

K.... Was going to say 'trudge' on.... Liked your poem too!

        Hi everyone

Mamabug, happy for you that you accomplished your goal of having a good time!

Jer, since you pushed to your limits, you did your best, and therefore goal achieved!

Glad your leg recovered sooner, and you had some quality sleep.

~~ I was able to achieve goals as well. I did some small chores that used my arm muscles for a good amount of time, so I counted that as my arm exercises. I'm still realizing that my muscle strength does have it's limitations.

I had both PT and OT this week. Nothing strenuous though.

Well, let's have great week everyone!

I'll continue on with my current exercise goals, for next week.

Daily: Up on feet and light activity (walk/stand) 6X per day @ 20 - 30 min each+ Stretches throughout the day + Breathing exercises

4X Per Week: In-chair ab crunches (20 each time) + Arm, Leg, Core, and Back Exercises

May we be calm, patient, strong, and of good courage.

          Thank you Jer!

          I really enjoy creating with the (3 line, 5 / 7 / 5 syllable) Haiku format.

It's a good challenge, trying to put forth coherent thoughts with minimal words.
