    Hi everyone!

    Just checked and found that 15 days have passed since I last had a chance to post. And have to admit that it does seem like a long time.

    Today was the first day of stretching in those 2 weeks. Yikes! Didn't feel like it went well but now as I type I'm a bit surprised at how I feel.

    Only 30 minutes ago I returned from my first session at my new gym. Stayed with upper body / core. New equipment.... new learning curve. Maybe an hour. 4 people, all older (yes, older than me!), all on cardio equipment with one gentleman venturing into the various upper body section.

    Hi everyone!

    I achieved my exercise goals, for which I am grateful.

    My week, overall, went well. Some smooth times and some challenging times were in the mix.

    The challenging times go better when I am calm and focused.

    My sister is still my care helper. She does a fabulous job, and works hard when she comes over.

    I'm very fortunate!

    My exercise goals will continue as they are for next week.

    Daily: Up on feet and light activity (walk/stand) 5X a day @ 30 min each + Stretches throughout the day + Breathing exercises

    4X Per Week: In-chair ab crunches (20 each time) + Arm, Leg, Core, and Back Exercises

    May we be calm, patient, strong, and of good courage.​
