Hi everyone, Karen had a bad fall and broke her leg. She is doing okay, but is in a rehabilitation facility for another 6 weeks and maybe a little longer. Keep working on the weight loss goals.

Stayed the same
Recent weights:
03/21/18: 123.4 lbs (BMI 22.4)
03/14/18: 123.4 lbs (BMI 22.4)
My most recent goal weight was 121.0-122.8 lbs, which I met on 12/13/2018.
My maintenance goal is to remain within +/- 5 lbs. Between 116.0 - 127.8
116.0 lbs -- BMI 21.0
127.8 lb -- BMI 23.2
Where I'd currently like to be is at or below a BMI of 22.0 (weight <121.0).~ Faith
