Numb when wiping after bowel movement

Hi all I guess I’ve reached this point in my disease. I notices that I’m numb when I’m wiping after a bowel movement.
I am constipated but the numbness was present before I became constipated. Shoul I see my neuro or just cough it up to ms?

I have numbness and limited feeling from the chest down. If I'm in a sitting position I can sort of feel My lower half. If I'm laying flat I usually have no feeling. I'm quadriplegic and often the only time I feel anything is spasms. With MS I would talk to Your dr about it. Or any changes.
