advice please

so MS since 2005
divorce 2013 final he tried but the behavior of others went to me and my MS then him being pilot so that is the case married 20 years now 42 how do I find another
support I am also dual citizen so family in Czech republic well just mom left basicly alone other then support group
the only think I want to ask did you ever meat somebody who was retired by company and still their inactive employe??? or they actuallu follow the rules of usa government ?
