so i here that ms isent haretitery but me my mom and my sis have it my mom is white me and my sister are mixed i my self feel i had ms since 14 when my mom got diegnossed but dident get my diegnosses till 2012 my sister had her fierst sign at 16 dident get diegnosesd till 23 is it posibule for ethnic kids to get pediatric ms if a perent has ms ..... just a thought what do yall think

Yes it is possible, it is even possible if your mom didn't have MS, it just might make it more likely since she did.

Have another talk with your neurologist. I don't think this is the "party line" on hereditary components and M.S. Me, my mother and 3 first cousins (so far) with M.S. Glad you found us. Support is important, wherever you may find it.
