How long does it take for a new thread to show up ?

Because MSWorld relies on volunteers as staff, the amount of time it takes for a post to appear varies. All posts are read before they are approved.

All of our wonderful volunteer staff have MS too! We try to get to everyone's post in a timely fashion, but sometimes this is not always possible.
