Ive noticed some users have little taglines at the bottom of all their posts. How can I add one to mine?

Hi newbie! Do you mean the signature?

Go to User CP (in blue bar below Welcome newbie but goodie) The first one on the far left is User CP. click on that and you will see Settings and Options. Click on Edit Signature and this will allow you to add a signature at the end of your posts.
