I finally was able to get into the Chat Room Home. I couldn't get in with Internet Explore but Firefox seemed to work. Is there just one Chat Room? I could not find any other Chat Rooms but Home.

Glad you were able to get into the Chat Room finally!
There are more rooms, just click on the next tab, the one on top of the names in the room (it looks like it has cartoon conversation balloons on it), that will take you to the list of rooms.
I hope this helps!
BTW, you can ask any of the other chatters, they can tell you as well, especially if there is and OP in the room.
