Question about Creative Center

I would love to post some photos in the creative center. Are there directions there on how to do it - or could you tell me? I am so technically challenged. Also when posting these photos, do you compress them or send them as is. thanks~~

In the upper right hand corner of the Creative Center page is a place where you can submit content - either online or via email to creativecenter@msworld.org.
