    CDR form question

Hi! This is my first review and I'm not sure how to answer the question that gives the options of - my doctor told me I can work, my doctor told me I cannot work, my doctor and I have not discussed whether I can work. My doctor agreed I can't work when I applied for disability and haven't discussed it since then. So should I check my doctor told me I cannot work? Any input would be appreciated!

If your doctor said you can't work, then you can check the box that corresponds to "My doctor told me I cannot work," because he did.
