I applied for SSDI in 2014, and underwent an occupational evaluation in December per SS request. I have never heard back. I let it go this long because of the physical and emotional stress and time, all that I've been going through and I needed a break. I am not sure who to contact, and I thought I might be able to expedite the process with your help. Thank you

If you applied for SSDI online, you can go back to the Social Security website (www.ssa.gov) and log in to your account to see the status of your application.
If you can't remember your log-in information or if you applied by mail, go to the Social Security website home page. At the top of the page click "Contact Us." Another page will open with buttons to click to get SSA's phone number so you can speak to a representative about your application or to get their email or snail mail addresses.
