mistake on short CDR form

Hi everybody,
I am bipolar, have arthritis and I am on SSDI. Recently I had my CDR (short one SSA-455)
and when I was describing my recent doctor's appointments I misspelled my diagnosis:
instead of Arthritis I wrote Artritis.
Do you think this error can trigger long CDR (SSA-454-BK)?

I googled "artritis" and references seem to come up for arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis. Unless the spelling is a different diagnosis, I wouldn't think it would flag anything. Especially, if they already have a history of you having arthritis in the file.

But to put yourself at ease, can you call them and advise of the typo?
