Hi.. I received a letter last week saying a letter from my State saying my case is being reviewed. Well yesterday I received the Function Report. I am not sure if I've ever had to fill one of these out before, and am a little worried I'm going to end up losing my benefits. Especially the way the economy has been and the way our State treats low income/health issues. (Wisconsin)
So I guess I'm just wondering if I should be worried? or if this is normal.
