VE says no jobs in response to hypothetical questions - good or bad?

Hi, rayray12345. I don't know what to make of your first questions. Regarding your second question, generally I consider VE testimony like this as a good sign.

Whether or not a denial would be grounds for an appeal with such VE answers depends upon the facts and law applicable to your claim. All things being equal, though, once again, I like it when a VE testifies that there are no jobs. Of course, the ALJ makes the decision, though, not the VE.

If you were represented by an attorney or a non-attorney representative, ask them for their reading as they were present at the hearing.

    All the best,
