    CDR - short form

OK, just hours after I posted about not receiving my review that was due this year, I received in the mail, my continuing disability review form. I received the short form, which is only 6 questions. On my first CDR, three years ago, I received a much longer form, many pages, very similar to the forms when you initially apply for disability.

So my question, for Rich, or any one who may know. Is there any sjgnificants to receiving the short form instead of the longer form?

From what I have read, joeyboi, the short form is used when one's condition is not expected to improve. Wishing you all the best in this matter.
