    average time to get hearing?

    i live in washington state, what is the average time to get a hearing? It has been over a year now since asking for a hearing.

      Not sure what you mean about asking for a hearing. Does that mean you've already been denied?

        In my state, the average wait time for an administrative hearing with the judge is 18-24 months.
