Letter from SS says see your Dr ???

What does it mean when you get a letter from SS saying you need to see your Dr as soon as possible? I had to go to their
Dr for determination appointment two weeks ago. And today I got this letter, it does not say anything about denial or approval. Or anything else.
Anybody know what this is about or have gotten one of these?

I went through the process last year and did not receive a letter saying that. I had to go through their dr's testing even though I had current Info with my own dr. My dr did comment that I was in the 40% that gets approved without legal help.
