    SS Dr appt question.

I have an appointment tomorrow with the Dr. that SS wants me to go to. I have to write things down to talk to my regular neuro. Is that a good idea to do tomorrow or not?

Sorry that I was not able to get to this before your appointment cali1892; I hope it went well.

I just had a hearing for a client where the ALJ decided to send him out for a psychological consultative examination. In addition to other psychological impairments, he has significant memory problems. I told him to write down the problems he is having so that when asked by the examiner, he would be able to answer and also to explain his memory problems. I don't see a problem with writing things down if that is what he has to do in his day to day life. The other alternative would be to forget important things to tell the examiner because of his memory problems, which does not make sense to me.
