    Denied Appeal

I really find this whole process to be pure insanity. I have three doctors that have agreed that I don't have the physical ability, concentration or stamina to work. MRIs letters blah blah. I received a letter that says, "we understand you are disabled, but you can work a sit down unskilled job"
I can't even stay alert or awake 8 hours!
Now I get to attempt to tell it to the Court I suppose, I need a new attorney, my last one screamed at the adjudicator. Very unprofessional. Any advise on finding a good attorney? I feel like she did nothing to help me. I also wonder how to gain access to my file. I wrote and asked for my password and received back a letter that they do not have this information.
    What a mess!!!!
    Thanks for any advice!

Hello, hawkfeathers68. There are many resources to help one search for a representative, including the National Organization of Social Security Representatives (www.nosscr.org). Good luck.
