Approved: But how long to get letter?

Time line so far:
Received "Approved for medical, reviewing non-medical" on Nov 13, dated Nov 9.
Called SSA on Nov 16, and was told I was approved and given details of backpay and 1st payment amounts and dates. Backpay has already been deposited, per date given by SSA during phone call.

But....I have not received anything in the mail yet, not since letter of Nov 9.

So...how long does it take to get the official letter, Medicare cards, etc?

I got my letter about 6 weeks after the $ but was not eligable for medicade for 20 months from the date I got the $.

Letter was received on Nov. 24, FYI to those going through this process.
