Hi I had broken my foot a few years ago while falling. Then I fell again & broke my leg. Up to this point I was going to the schools track & walking to keep my strength up plus my balance. I started using a walker when I broke my foot then leg. Now I can't seem to give it up. It restricts where I can go & I want more than anything to get rid of it. Any ideas? Tried PT but bladder caused me to quit plus the cost.
