Back Pain??

So for the past 4-5 summers I get a band like stretching across my back mid back. It feels like a muscle that is stretched to the max. It only happens when it is hot outside and hurts,,,,,

Online I am not finding too much on this type of symptom but am wondering if anyone experiences this??? If you have it do you do anything to treat it??? Do I only get a half hug is that what it is???

That what it's call a HUG I don't have it but many people get it you might be able to treat it with med ask you doctor
