I was a runner for over 20 years, diagnosed with ms in 1999. Within a year, I’ve lost so much of my quad muscles. It seems it immediately followed after experiencing continuous burning in my heels. But, I’ve read this symptom doesn’t necessarily indicate disease progression? I think it does. Any thoughts?

If you haven’t seen a Podiatrist (foot Dr.) that would be my suggestion. It’s possible that what you are experiencing may not be related to MS. I have problems with both feet, some is due to MS and some is not.
