Reacting to humidity in the worst way

    Hello.
I've officially gone down the tubes due to this awful recent humid snap.
It started with my vision getting a film over it along with rubber extremities, head pressure, paresthesia and extreme fatigue.

Anyone here ever experience past plaque damages coming back to haunt you in the present?

    Hi Perennialz,

Heat, humid or dry, can cause a temporary increase of MS symptoms. This is referred to as a pseudo-exacerbation. Usually once you can lower your core body temperature your symptoms should return to what is normal for you.

Many people with MS are heat intolerant and you appear to be one of them. It's best to find ways to stay cool such as using a cooling vest, drinking plenty of cold water, staying in air conditioned places and a cool shower can be helpful.
