    migraines causing dizziness?

Hello I've been having problems with balance, visual disturbances and dizziness/lightheadedness. Gone to the many ent's went to eye dr's( turns out I have elevated eye pressure, so now I'm pre glaucoma..sucks!) But everything else checks out perfect(besides my ms). I've tried vestibular therapy, meclizine, klonopin, tegretol, and now valium which isn't really helping either. I notice that when the lighting changes it throws off my balance big time and causes a pressure feeling in my eyes and feel like the world gets tilted on me. Another example is when I'm outside during the day with the sun out and stay out while the sun is going down it throws me off also depending what kind of lighting a store has it also really throws me off. Could I be having migraines because of lighting changes and that be causing my symptoms because my neck also get really tense and starts aching and cracks a lot? Even shadows throw me off!

It could. This is a good question for your primary care doctor. Your question has general symptoms in it so they would be the best place to start.

Let us know how it goes.

    Take care

Just an update. Haven't been able to fully figure out if I'm having migraines since I lost my insurance and employment due to symptoms. So in the process of seeing a new primary. Even lost my ms specialist! so will update soon !
