I keep getting asked by VA what accomadations I need for my house and car, this is part of my claim processing for SC status, I do not need either of them at this time so I did not send the paperwork back in the first time, now they have sent it again and say it is holding up thier decision. My PVA rep is not avaiable this week, has anybody else had this and what did you do about it?

Contact someone at PVA and let them know what's going on.
Its possible that your Rep doesn't have POA (power of attorney) but that PVA as a whole has it.
Either way, I can think of several ways that sending the wrong info could get you either in trouble or short changed and this is where you need someone with the training and experience to answer the questions.
