Periodic Limb Movement Disorder

Has anyone else had this diagnosis. Any ideas as to why the VA does not rate it?

Not a CLUE?

I had a sleep study done outside the VA and it was noted I had it quite prominently. Although I am on APAP as of last year I decided not to take anything for my PLM.
