So it only took about a month for the decision to be made and another week for me to get my copy of it.
But it really wasn't any kind of decision as 99% of the issues the judge remanded back to the local VA to look at again. The only thing the judge did decide is that my tinnitus is service connected and that my knee pain claim is reopened due to the new evidence presented.
The one thing I noted in reading the remand is that it looks like the VA didn't include in my files that the judge got the C&P exam for PTSD as she is saying that they VA must do a C&P exam for PTSD. I'll have to try and find my copy of that exam to submit it again.
The judge also told the VA they had to get the records from SSA from when I got my SSDI back in 1989. The VA had never done that even though they knew I was on SSDI.
Hopefully this won't mean another 4 years to get my SC.
