I just came across this ardical where on

It explanes that the VA has Failure to execute statute ordering IOM study of Multiple Sclerosis Risk of Gulf War veterns. You can read the findings in Appendix E of the RAC report there is a link on the page to get the pdf version of the report

This looks like its very interesting but I can't find it.
Could you post a link to the actual report or am I missing something? I read the blog and the checked the PDF's section and then got lost.
