MRI - how often?

How often do you have an MRI being on tysabri?

I have an MRI every 12 months because I'm JC-. If I were JC+ it would be at least every 6 months, if not every 3.

When I first started Ty. it was every 6 mos. When I tested JCV+ it was every 3 mos.

I have one yearly ..maybe it's because I am jcv-
my neuro told me a couple years ago he doesn't see the need to do them more often as he didn't know of a pml case being dx from one ??

I am JC+ and my doctor feels like once a year is enough.

This is good information. I only get one every two years. My doctor says she she is under pressure to not order too many MRIs.

If everyone else is getting them at least every year, what's up?

So far, once a year. I am still considered low risk at this point. JC- and on the drug < 2 years.
