Hi linda, it has been a long time and we have moved from Colorado to Calif. I am doing so well I am hardly ever here. Today I am having a PJ day and resting. We need to unpack about 75 boxes and it is overwhelming. We went from 4700 sq feet to 2600. But it will get done, my hubby says how do you eat an elephanyt , one bite at a time. I am now with Kaiser and miss the 1 immounology and infusion center in Denver. I miss Dr. Murray too. But am stable. I walk more on my own. I have a pool and as soon as it warms up will be swimming. HoW ARE YOU? are you in Arizona? I will check back soon, hugs Christine
Hi Linda Yes it is sad we did not connect, I was just there this last weekend as my dad is ill. But came back Monday night. I have been so busy and not spending much time on the computer. But I am still gluten free and have been for three years. It has become a lifestyle and really not a problem. I also have worked with a nutritionist from the Springs and am on a daily vitamin regime. I also eat very healthy. I love the cancer fee diet by Rebecca Kratz. It has helped. Although I use that diet, It has been hard as I jsut got a stove last week and an oven the week before. BUt it will be easier. I still have 75 boxes to unpack and sort through and every day seems like Christmas. My husband has been busy remodling/painting our house and it is beginning to look like home. We moved in two months ago. I miss the Springs but love living by my kids/family. Hope you are doing well and my next infusion is Tuesday, I think 51??? Kasier is great. Close by and been very helpful. They sent me to LA and I met with a MS specialist who knows Dr. Murray. She is a woman and I feel she can help me with some femine questions as I go through medapause etc. Great hearing from you and stay warm as it looks like a storm is coming in. hugs, Christine
