    Tysabri

I have to start Tysabri, I would love advice from those who are going threw the treatment

Really my only advice is to be well hydrated the day of your infusion so that the IV goes in easily.

Good luck and keep us posted.

Getting the Tysabri is sort of a breeze! Go in, relax, get the IV, 2 hours later, done. Sometimes i get a bit of a headache and feel a little worn-out, but mostly it's no big deal.

I have had 6 infusions now!

Feel lucky to be doing so well!

I agree with the others. Plus, I was terribly needle phobic but it truly does become easy. I just take myself away to my safe zone, don't look and breathe. Then, it's in and I'm good to go. You might take a book or i-pod or something entertaining with you. It does get kind of boring.

          Tysabri Treatment

I have been receiving the Tysabri treatment for over 18 months. I LOVE it! Before Tysabri I was taking Rebif. I don't mind shots but once a month is a lot better than the alternative. Enjoy :-)
