    tedfidera

I have been on tecfidera for 7 months. Just had blood work and WBC and lymphocyte count very normal. Since I am JC Virus positive we ran blood work for that as well. Interesting results. My titer for JC Virus was actually lower than it was a year ago. So I will continue to be monitored. Anyone ever look at any of the other lab results. My bilirubin was a little low but not out of range. Just wondering if anyone else noticed this.

      Ten months and worsening symptoms

I have just completed my 10th month on Tecfidera and after a month of GI pain and bloating, have normalized to flushing for 30-40 minutes about 2 hrs after each pill (most days) and slight skin itch on face and arms. The troubling part for me is that my fatigue, gait and bladder issues are considerably worse than a year ago so I am fearful that I have the progressive form of MS.

Oh, I was a late onset or late diagnosis as well - 57 years old but initial symptoms around 52 or 53

I've been taking Tecfidera for 13 months.. my flushing stopped after the first month. On occasion I will get the flushing, but it really doesn't bother me anymore.
The first month I had really bad diarrhea also, but that I rarely get now.
I will take Tecfidera over Copaxone any day! lol.
But, is it actually working? IDK. My MS is worse. I've recently had 2 really bad relapses and I have another Lesion in my brain.
