Starting tec, but I don't eat breakfast

When I started Tec I ate breakfast as that is what my doctor thought I would do best by. Now into my 5th week and for me not eating for at least 2hours after taking the pill is what I am doing to prevent the side affects.

You kinda have find what is going to work for your body and for me that has even changed over time. The pharmacy said that by my 6th week I should be mellowing out on the side affects so I am very happy I can take it now without food.

Hi Football mom, I started the 240 mg dose as well today. No issues so far. Interestingly the Tec pharmacist that followed up with me a couple of days ago said that week 3 tends to be the "interesting" week...we'll see.

I agree; I am intent on powering through whatever is necessary to make this work. Continued luck to you....
