Burning sensation

I've been on Tec for 5 months now, and besides some occasional flushing, I seem to be doing well. However, for about the past two weeks I've had a burning sensation on the skin on the back of my neck. There's no sign of flushing, swelling, or other signs of problems. Just kind of feels like a rug burn would. Everything has been going well otherwise. The only change has been a cold sore which appeared on my lip about 10 days ago.

Anybody experience anything similar? Any ideas?

My flushing is often not red - or even pink - but it is ALWAYS burning like fire. Now it's down my arms and hands, as well as my neck, face, and ears. Fun times.
