Missed one whole day of Tech (yesterday). Took it this morning and within 1-2 hrs had the most flushing/burning & itchy red blotches...won't miss a dose again!!! I haven't had any bad symptoms other than mild flushing the first day I took Tech and the occasional stomach upset!

I have learned a big lesson!

Sorry about that! i have noticed the same thing though. So far in my month on Tec, I have skipped doses for two days twice and both times I definitely had more side effects when I re-started. I had good reasons both times but I'll really try to avoid missing doses in the future!
