    Try Kefir!

I have been on Tec 4 months and most of my side effects have subsided, but GI issues still creep up. Kefir smoothies have been the solution for me in the morning. I have never been a big breakfast person, and Tec stunted what appetite I did have. Costco sells a box of individual serving Kefir smoothies in blueberry and strawberry and they are perfect - a one serving bottle has 140 calories, 2g fat, 11g protein, probiotics and it coats my stomach. Plus I find drinking my nourishment is much easier than eating when I have no appetite and they are super portable for on-the-go. Just a tip, hope it helps someone!

Kefir is good! I buy it for my boys because it's a quick and easy way to get some protein in them at breakfast time. That's a great idea for a speedy Tec breakfast!
