Tec and vertigo

Ok, I started tec, the first 7 days went good. Then I stared the 240 twice a day. Really fatigue, week, and got vertigo.

So bad I had to watch how fast I moved. This lasted 4 days until I decided to stop to see if it was meds. It was not so bad.

Well I remembered that you can move your head in sustain ways and it will get better or go away. Got on YouTube and found it. It's called Empley Maneuver, it worked. I don't have vertigo any more. So i am trying tec one more time.

I started feeling really off balance on TEC in the 3rd week. Along with a pressure in my head and ringing in my ears. Stopped taking it on day 25. However; I had no GI or flushing issues!
