Starting Tec soon

Pharmacy just called & my first shipment of Tec should arrive tomorrow. Slightly nervous about this, but not going to miss injections!

I've been reading the advice of the "old-timers" for pointers:
1. Take with full meal of protein/fat
2. Premedicate with low-dose aspirin
3. Take probiotic
4. Take heartburn/gas meds

Did I miss anything?

Those are in my arsenal...

I start on Sunday and think I will start with the advice from the very nice Blog Tecfidera Musings, in which the user says taking a higher dose of aspirin (325 mg) 30 minutes before, and eating breakfast (doesn't specify, but I'll try my usual yogurt with granola and banana) has kept all of his flushing and gastric symptoms at bay, and he is out to week 7 I think...

So, life jacket cinched up tight, goggles in place, I take the leap on Sunday. 8-/
