    Mavenclad versus Ocrevus

Assuming Mavenclad gets the FDA approval, what do you see as the pros and cons between these two DMTs? Im looking ahead to when the Ocrevus clinical trial ends.

    Ocrevus is approved in USA.

Mavenclad is not approved in USA. I have no idea why it isn't. Lemtrada is approved but Cladribine is not. It makes no sense to me.

Con: cladribine isn't FDA approved for MS.
pro: cladribine is taken orally for five days. Or subcutaneously. Then again in a year. Then you're done forever. The drug also gets into the CNS.

Con: Ocrevus does not get into the CNS and it's an infusion done every 6 months for the rest of your life. Pro: it's FDA approved.
