I have been on Gilenya for 10 months now. In October my liver enzymes were elevated. Had to recheck them in 5 to 6 weeks. Got them checked today. If enzymes are more elevated, does anyone know what happens then? How high can your enzymes go before they changed your meds? Just worried and wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

I'm going through something similar with Avonex. I'm not sure the protocol. I see a new neuro. this week, though, so hopefully will find out something then.

How do I like Gilenya?
I love it. I get a flutter in my chest every now and then but I don't feel it's anything to worry about. Other than than I think it is working great. No flares. I use to have cotton mouth all the time when I first started taking it but now it's not so bad. Hope everything works out for you and the enzymes. Let me know how it goes.
