One thing - most e-pharmacy's so far as I can tell do not accept gilenya co-pay assistance... so we are supposed to tell them that the card Gilenya has given to us, is actually our own personal card. Then it works fine.
This at least was my experience dealing with Gilenya Go / optum RX.
