I have been on G for the last 3 months and then last night when I laid down in bed every now and then I had a strange sensation in my chest like that feeling on a roller coaster and could hear my heart beat in my ears which was very strange a bit scared trying to get in to see my doc today

Sometimes my heart rate rises like that. It always slows back down so I haven't been to concerned. I will take a diazapam (muscle relaxer) sometimes just to get myself calmed down. I think I have the same issues with my heart rate as I did before I started taking Gilenya. It happens to me more when I'm anxious about stuff. Sometimes my heart area will hurt just after I've eaten a meal. Not sure if there's a conection or not. Please let me know what your Dr. told you because It could help me out. I go to my Dr. next week and I have a list of things to discuss with him regarding my MS. Right now I don't think G is harming me so I will continue to take it and hope for the best.
