    Shared Solutions slow to call back

    Does anyone else have this problem? I have been having shot reactions and called them. They want to send a Rn out before I do anymore. Each day they tell me that someone will call me back. But the call never comes. Do I just keep pestering them everyday til I get the call and see a RN?

    I have never had this issue with Shared Solutions. When I had a few unusual reactions to my Copaxone injection we discussed fully on the phone. Their suggestion was that I contact my neurologists before taking another injection. His direction was to continue with the injections and advise him if the reactions continued. They did not so I just went on.

    My suggestion to you would be to call SS again and let them know your concerns. Stating how many calls you have made to them and how many times you were told that an RN would set up a visit with you. I find that SS does keep very good notes in my patient file.
