I am currently going through my 1st cold since diagnosed. I have been doing some research and understand that I could experience a setback at this point. I was wondering your experience going through a cold with MS while being on Copaxone.

Having a cold while taking Copaxone has been no different than while taking any of the other DMDs I've taken or while unmedicated.
As with anything that can cause a rise in body temp, you might experience a pseudo exacerbation and viruses have been associated with a higher risk of a real exacerbation for a short period, but beyond that, it's just the usual cold ickyness, at least in my experience. I don't recall having a relapse after a cold or flu, but do try to be more aware of my symptoms when I'm sick.
