I was recently put on Copaxone 40mg. I don't have alot of fatty tissue to inject in. I have a close friend that has been using the avonex pen. And it is once a week. I just wanted to ask if I have more muscle would the avonex be better for me?

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. Are you asking if
1) Having more muscle makes Avonex work better?
2) Being a muscular person without much subcutaneous fat, might I have an easier time injecting with Avonex than copaxone?
3) Having trouble with Copaxone, can I switch to Avonex to avoid the trouble of site reactions and frequent injections?
I think:
1) No difference
2) Yes
3) Yes
At the end of the day, if you stop taking copaxone because it hurts, that will be the worst outcome. Of course, if copaxone is working, it's possible that Avonex might not, but if you've only been on less than a year, it's hard to tell if any medication is working anyway.
