I have had MS for almost 30 yrs. I have failed on Copaxone, Rebif, Tysabri, and Kesimpta. My neurologist wants me on either Ocrevus or Mavenclad. I have secondary MS, meaning progression without active lesions. As far as I know there are no medications nor data available unless there are active lesions.
So, unless I'm wrong, starting another DMT would be futile. Does anyone know something I don't?
