This is crazy! I started CoQ10 a few days ago, which is about the same time I started sleeping 18 hours in the day. Are they related? I do not know. I'm not going to take the supplement today and start my own trial and error, but I would like to know if any of you have had a "sleepy" side effect from CoQ10. I did several google searches to see if I could find any research to explain my sleepy state, but little was found. What do you think?

It's probably a good idea if you go off the CoQ10 to see if that is the cause for your increased sleeping. Is it possible? Sure. Supplements can have side effects. I use Ubiquinol which is the active ingredient of CoQ10 and have used CoQ10. Neither one has been a problem for me.Diagnosed 1984
